Introduce a friend scheme

As the organisation continues to grow and change we are looking at how we can recruit high-calibre staff to join our teams.
We understand that staff are often the best people to recognise who might be suitable for roles at Aurora Nexus and recommend us as a great place to work. We would like to reward staff who aid us in recruiting the best workers, by paying a referral bonus for successful referrals of specific posts available at Aurora Nexus.
This scheme is only open to permanent employees to make referrals, and only for specific roles.
The recommend-a-friend scheme gives £500 to the person who recommends a new worker. We are paying 20% of the £500 upon the recommended worker’s first month of employment, and the rest on the completion of their probation.
Terms and conditions for payments:
- The candidate will need to name you on their application form and confirm this at their interview stage
- The new worker will not have any sickness in the first month excluding Covid 19
- You will not be paid if they leave Aurora Nexus
- Only eligible for the payment if the referral was for an operational role of support workers
- Not for people returning to Aurora Nexus after having left after this scheme has been launched
- Not for people going from Bank to permanent hours
- Those on maternity leave when payments are due will be looked at on an individual basis
- Not paid if their training is not completed or if they fail their probation period
